Appointment times.


I am sure you will appreciate every appointment that is made is allocated a time slot to your dog’s specific needs. This is why we kindly request that you and your dog arrive on time for appointments and collections and please make sure your dog has been toileted beforehand, there will be a very small fee if fouling is done in the salon to cover time out of the groom for clear up and cleaning products.


Cancellations/No Shows/Missed Appointments.


We fully appreciate that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled or postponed, we do however ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible, prior to appointment cancellation, this gives us time to offer the space to someone else. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice payable prior to any future booking. Arriving 20 minutes late for appointments will in most cases require re-scheduling and a missed appointment fee of 50% will apply, or if you would rather we can go ahead with the groom and do what we can with the time that is left.
